AMCT was set up in 2011 by Max Mosley to commemorate his son Alexander Mosley who died aged 39 in 2009. The Trust aims to have a proactive approach to awarding grants. This means that it does not respond to unsolicited grant applications.
The Trust supports a diverse range of charitable initiatives that advance fairness, justice, scientific research, education, environmental stewardship, community wellbeing and equitable access to medical resources.
